If you want top of the line LCD TV, there is only one brand that you should be considering and that’s Sony. Being the world leader in televisions, you can be sure that a Sony LCD TV will give you a quality product that you will be able to use for the next two decades. It may be expensive on the onset but in the long run you will realize that you actually got a good bargain.

Case in point is my TV at home. I have had it for the last 15 years and it is still in working condition. I however got tired of the small screen and the bulk so I am giving my old CRT model to my son and buying myself a Sony LCD TV. Unlike the CRT, LCD screens are super high definition. The picture quality is so great that you feel as if the scenes are happening in real life.

The Bravia, which is the name being used by Sony for their LCD line, has actually become synonymous with excellent picture quality that is almost like real life. For my TV purchase, I am currently looking into the not so old but not so new models. I don’t want the old ones because they will probably have none of the new features but I don’t want the new ones too because I don’t have the budget for them.

I think whatever I decide to buy will be a bargain. With a Sony LCD TV, I can be sure that I am getting the value for my money, no matter what the model is or how long it has been in the market.
