The TomTom One XL Sat Nav is a powerful piece of work. Besides having a big 4.3 inch screen, it also comes already preloaded with maps and not just your neighbourhood variety. One of its best features is the fact that it has an integrated Bluetooth which allows you to get real time traffic updates through your cellphone. This is only if you have a mobile phone that also have bluetooth. That means, you don’t have to suffer through traffic any more. You can avoid getting stuck by getting a tip ahead of time.

On the downside, people who love to eat and use their navigational system to find restaurants will find it hard to use because its restaurants are not categorized into cuisines. Thus, if you want to find a Japanese restaurant, you need to know its name before the navi system can give you the directions. This can be a problem with those who are used to just looking at the map and then choosing which restaurant they want to eat in according to the cuisine.

Another disadvantage is the fact that it does not have a text to speech functionality. This means that you have to read through the screen to see the directions unlike some navigational system who can direct you through the roads out loud.

Still with its pretty reasonable price, these are but small things that you can already look past. Besides with its really big screen, you don’t need to hear the directions being stated. You can just read through it and go. With the TomTom One XL Sat Nav, you can be sure that you will get accurate directions to where you are going.
